I found this book very helpful and with many delicious receipes that I am able to cook to assist my wife with her weight watchers program.Portions are sizable and very tasty.
This item was exactally as explained. I was pleasantly pleased knowing that this was a cookbook, I wasn't sure what it might look like.but had very little wear to it, and no food smudges etc on it (as it does now that I've been using it). It arrived quickly and was packaged nicely. THANKS.
I absolutely LOVE this cookbook. Nice photos too. with lots of calorie-saving and flavorful ideas I would have never thought of.
After I joined Weight Watchers I had to learn how to cook differently. Many familiar recipes done differently and lots of new and international ideas too. It is full of all the basic recipes that one needs to know to cook well and also has many excellent, healthy, good-tasting creations.
It is wonderful to have "diet" food that everyone loves. I had always used the Joy of Cooking as a guide, but I needed to learn how to cook with lower fat and calories. I checked out many cookbooks, but this was the best one by far for good, basic "how-to" recipes (sauces, soups, etc).
I got the ring-bound version which stays open while you are using it, which some of the newer WW books don't have. An excellent investment.
These recipes are great and easy to follow. There are recipes for everyday and also some that are a little fancier. My husband loves the things that I have cooked from this book.
The shipping time was less than a week and the book was in great condition.
